A reminder: authors included in the class should file a claim before March 30, 2026.
If your book is part of the class, you may be eligible for up to $3000 for indie published work, or a 50/50 split with the publisher for traditionally published work. Authors, file your own claim.
When you are searching for your work, make sure to search under different fields. For example, a search under a name may not show a book, but a specific title search will.
If you think your book should be on the list but it isn’t:
- Make sure that your publisher got a copyright for your book.
- Check with the Anthropic Settlement FAQs and contact them.
If you did a write for hire, but you also receive royalties, you may be eligible for a claim.
