A mister among wonderful sisters. As a writer, and a writing coach, my core motivation is to connect and encourage. There is no better place than SinC to do that.

Sisters in Crime has broadened my community of fellow writers and readers, introducing me to folks who have become dear friends. I’ve learned so much about writing, publishing, and life from this extraordinary group of people. Whenever I meet a new or aspiring writer of mysteries I shout, “Join Sisters in Crime! It’s the best gift you can give yourself.”

I love how accepting SinC is of everyone. Very few organizations have programming & resources for marginalized groups that compare to SinC. As a neurodivergent writer with a chronic illness, I love that I was accepted for who I am and what I bring to the table rather than judged for what I can’t do or things I do differently.
